Woodturning.
Woodturning I started with 7 years ago. This hobby is big in Norway. There is
alot of people that do this for fun and creation for the unexpected form of
the wood. There is always the look from the beginning that makes it a success
or a failiure. This is fasinating.
I make bowls, basins, different style basins, clocks and pens/pencils. Most of
the things goes for the painting how we call "rosemaling" here in Norway. Anna
who lives together with me does this job with great success.
I made me a big room in the barn for this and I am mostly everyday doing
something here. Always you can learn new things and different ways doing it.
The challange is in every peace of wood. In the forrest there is alot of nice
peaces of wood if you have the sight for this when you are for the walking.
